Commercials Agent (full-time)

Working from the London office (flexibility for some remote-working)

 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Some proven experience representing actors for commercial work - including TV commercials, print campaigns and online advertising.

  • Experience sourcing commercial opportunities - including brand partnerships and conventions.

  • Experience negotiating commercial-specific contracts.

  • Used to dealing with clients and colleagues across different time zones. 

  • An understanding of the nuances required when dealing directly with Talent. 

  • Experience working in an environment where confidentiality and discretion are paramount. 

  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently with a keen eye for detail. 

  • The ability to multitask and prioritise as required.  

  • A proactive personality and a willingness to embrace (and introduce) new ideas.

     

Duties include:     ​

  • Identifying and developing long-term, strategic relationships with brands and advertising agencies, both in the UK and beyond, to exploit opportunities across all entertainment platforms.

  • Managing and sourcing celebrity endorsements and PR campaigns.

  • Negotiating merchandising / licensing opportunities.

  • Sourcing and managing personal appearances and corporate hosting.

  • Suggesting talent for standard visual commercial work.

  • Fan convention appearances. 

  • Dealing with event invites/publicity requests.

  • Recording activity on the company database.

     

Salary: Dependent on experience

Office Assistant (part-time and holiday cover)

Working from the London office 8 - 10 hours per week plus holiday cover.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

 

  • Some experience working in a talent agency (particularly within an Actor’s department).

  • Excellent organisation and admin skills.

  • A working knowledge of film, television and theatre. 

  • A knowledge of existing Casting Directors. 

  • Used to dealing with clients and colleagues across different time zones. 

  • An understanding of the nuances required when dealing directly with Talent. 

  • Experience working in an environment where confidentiality and discretion are paramount. 

  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently with a keen eye for detail. 

  • The ability to multitask and prioritise as required.  

  • A proactive personality and a willingness to embrace new ideas. 

 

Duties include:

     

  • Answering/filtering telephone calls.

  • Dealing with confidential information sensitively and with discretion.

  • Maintaining diaries for agent and clients.

  • Co-ordinating meetings.

  • Invoicing

  • Basic accounts 

  • Daily maintenance of the agency database and client folders.

  • Sorting and forwarding client fan mail.

  • Basic video editing.

  • Other relevant admin duties as they arise.

 

Salary: Dependent on experience
