CALLINA LIANG

 

Callina was born in Canada before moving to Australia and Singapore and now residing in Toronto. 
​
During her training, Callina has taken on various stage roles to include: THE CHERRY ON TOP OF THE CHERRY (devised comedy); LOVE, LIES, TRICKS (Storytelling); IN BETWEEN SOMEWHERE AND NOWHERE (Physical Theatre) and the role of Ismene in THIS TOO SHALL PASS. She has also played leading roles in various short films for the NTU School of ADM, to include: CODA; SHE IS YOUR...?; BLIND DATE; LIMINAL.

Television credits include a series regular on ITVX's TELL ME EVERYTHING (from the makers of Top Boy and Skins) and a guest star on Skydance TV/Apple TV+'s FOUNDATION.

 

Last year, Callina was noted as one of the breakouts of Sundance for her leading role opposite Lucy Liu in Steven Soderbergh/Neon's PRESENCE and also starred as the female lead in PictureStart's feature, BAD GENIUS, opposite Benedict Wong and Jabari Banks.

More recently, she wrapped on shooting STREET FIGHTER for Legendary Pictures in the female Lead Role, Chun-Li alongside Noah Centineo as Ken - coming to cinemas worldwide 16th Oct 2026. Kitao Sakurai directs.
