Gaia Ahuja


Gaia is a London-born actress of Indian, Italian and Irish heritage. She is due to graduate this summer from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) - founded by Paul McCartney. Gaia is a recipient of the coveted BAFTA Scholarship, with Maxine Peake as her BAFTA-nominated mentor. 

Theatre roles (whilst training) include: Mimi in LIPA’s new writing season, I AM NOT A BIRD I CANNOT FLY by Lucy Burke; Nicola in PRIVATE FEARS IN PUBLIC PLACES; Touchstone in AS YOU LIKE IT as well as devising work with Gecko Theatre Company.  

Outside of acting, Gaia loves her music and works around the UK as a professional DJ. She also runs her own creative community event in partnership with arts venue, Streatham Space Project, which showcases young talent in South London.
